Personally I have been in business since 1999. We founded CalStateLender.com in 2014.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Real Estate Loans for CalPERS Members. We offer special programs and pricing for California Public Employees.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in Real Estate ever since I understood my grandfathers mobile home business. I wanted to do everything I could to help as many people become home owners!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are always available. our service level is top notch. We answer our calls, we respond to our emails and make ourselves available for at home appointments or nights and weekends.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Sacramento California is our only location at this time.

What type of payments do you accept?
We finance real estate transactions. We provide the money to clients. We do not accept payments at our office. All monies related to the transaction are settled in escrow.
