How long have you been in business?
Our firm was started in 2009 by industry veterans. The Sacramento office of East West Commercial Real Estate is led by Brian Jacks, who has been a licensed commercial real estate broker since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Sales, leasing and capital (financing) for retail, office, industrial, multifamily, senior apartments, self storage, mobile home parks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Right after graduating college, I took a job underwriting commercial real estate loans with Wells Fargo.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 10 locations throughout California, Nevada and Arizona and plan to a nationwide expansion over the next 10 years.
