We have been in business since 1982.

We provide rent collection, leasing, record keeping, and maintenance for single family homes, duplexes, condominiums, apartments, and small commercial property in the greater Sacramento region from three offices.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Back in the 70's I was selling real estate and sold and investor 8 homes. He asked me to rent them out and I liked that business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are leaders in technology providing online rental payments, online applications, sending owners reports and funds electronically. We have a general contractors license and can fix just about anything.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
