How long have you been in business?
I have been in the Promotional Products business for 15 years. I have owned the company EZ Promotions for 9 years, after taking over my husband's company which he started in 1980.
What is your primary product or service?
My service is to provide clients with unique products that will brand their name and logo. Anything from shoelaces to crystal to leather. (And everything in-between)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I actually married into a business that offered screenprinting and embroidery of apparel. I saw the need that our clients had for many other promotional items. It has grown since then into a Promotional Products business offering apparel embellishment also.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I give personal attention to my clients. They are very appreciated and each one's needs are most important. They do not get a customer service rep that does not know them. They get my help each time and I personally go through each step an order.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and will keep it that way to offer the most personal service to my excellent clients.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept all credit cards and checks.
Which areas do you service?
I can serve any state or country, but most of my clients are in the Norther California region.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
EZ Promotions is a Woman-Owned business, Ruth Morgan.

8:00-6:00 Monday thru Friday
